Loadside was founded by Matt Long — 20 years around the trade, 15 of them in residential electrical services across Northern Virginia, helping run one of the region's most established and highest-rated electrical companies. He's scoped the jobs, run the trucks, built the systems, and sat across the kitchen table from the customers.
That's the honest origin of Loadside: a demand machine producing more sold, premium work than its own trucks can reach — and real respect for the veteran solo electrician, because that's where every good shop starts. We built the network we wish had existed back when it was one van and a phone that needed to ring.
